I also hear it somewhat on the 2001 vinyl but not nearly as drastic. Definately not due to an off center hole. My capital has some drastic speed variation on the last two tracks 3rd side. I'm not sure if it was just my dumb luck, but getting those two copies was a bear. I went through about a dozen really clean copies before finding two quality examples without pressing defects.
